The Ultimate Guide To Funko Looney Tunes NFTs
The Funko Looney Tunes NFT drop is finally here, six months after the Warner Bros partnership was announced.
Funko Looney Tunes NFTs drop September 20 @ 2pm ET.
Ever since that Warner Bros announcement we knew Looney Tunes would make a Funko NFT appearance and here we are with Bugs Bunny, Wile E. Coyote, Road Runner and more up for redeemable glory.
What's up with the drop? Read on to find everything you need to get started and more.
1. Looney Tunes NFT Packs
Funko offers the usual two NFT packs at launch - a Standard ($9.99) and a Premium ($29.99) option.
Pack | Amount Released | No. of NFTs | Launch Price | Launch Date |
---|---|---|---|---|
Standard Pack | 15,000 | 5 | $9.99 | 20/09/2022 |
Premium Pack | 15,000 | 15 | $29.99 | 20/09/2022 |
After the mammoth DC series 2 drop, that failed to sell out, Funko has matched the size we have previously seen for the Hana Barbera NFT drop. That makes this drop 70% smaller than the most recent DC series 2 drop.
What does that mean for you? It will undoubtedly make packs harder to get during the retail drop, with secondary market packs being more expensive too. So fingers-crossed you strike it lucky and get some packs at retail.
If this is your first Funko NFT drop, the only difference between a standard and premium pack is the amount of NFTs inside. For example, there are no bonuses for buying a premium pack over three standard packs.
Packs will be available on launch day on Droppp.io and can only be bought with a credit/debit card. The drop is limited to $60 and you can rejoin the queue to buy more if you are very lucky (highly unlikely due to the size of this drop).
You can enter the queue for packs around 10 minutes before launch (the 'Purchase In' timer will change to 'Join The Queue').
If you fail to grab packs at launch, you can buy from the secondary market (guide further down).
2. Looney Tunes NFT Collection & Rarities
Bugs Bunny and the gang are all here, including Space Cadet, Pete Puma, Marvin The Martian and Road Runner.
Everyone wants to get hold of those rare legendary and grail NFTs, so here are your pull odds:
NFT Rarity Type | No of Templates | % Odds Of Unpacking | Total Circulation | Per Unique Template |
---|---|---|---|---|
Common | 28 | 48.96% (1/1) | 146,891 | 5246/5247 |
Uncommon | 21 | 27.07% (3/1) | 81,207 | 3,867 |
Rare | 11 | 14% (6/1) | 41,998 | 3,818 |
Epic | 8 | 8% (11.5/1) | 24,000 | 3,000 |
Legendary | 3 | 1.64% (60/1) | 4,905 | 1,635 |
Grail | 1 | 0.33% (302/1) | 999 | 999 |
1 of 1 | 6 | 0.01% (0.03% Premium) | 6 | 1 |
Series Coin | 1 | 10% (30% Premium) | 6,000 | 6,000 |
The odds of pulling the grail is 302/1. This is the easiest grail to pull since the Jay And Silent Bob grail, which was a generous 129/1. Since that drop, we have had a run of 624/1 (Avatar Legends NFT), 454/1 (Power Rangers NFT), and 999/1 (DC NFT). So it's nice to see a more reachable grail this time around.
Legendary has been reduced to 1,635 each, from the high number we have seen in the DC Series 2 drop (4,250). This will help Looney Tunes legendary NFTs hold value on the secondary market and have a reasonable 60/1 pull rate.
A 1-of-1 is an ultra-rare, non-redeemable NFT. The odds of pulling from a standard pack is 9999/1 for this drop. This will appear as a bonus 6th slot within your pack. A premium pack gives you the same odds as pulling a 1-of-1 as 3 standard packs (3333/1).
A Series Coin is another bonus collectable NFT (non-redeemable) that will also appear in the 6th slot if pulled.

Ever wondered how many Looney Tunes packs have been opened? The number of Legendary or Grail NFTs still to be found? Or who are the top account holders of each redeemable pop?

3. Royalty & Physical Redemption
Those fans of Looney Tunes will have a lot to like here with Road Runner, Yosemite Sam, Foghorn Leghorn and Wile E. Coyote making a physical appearance.
Four of the redeemables can be claimed by collecting the Grail (limited to 999) and the three legendary (limited to 1,625 each) NFTs.
I'm a big fan of the grail, with Wile E. Coyote's famously bashed-in appearance making a great-looking Pop.
There is a lot to like about the Legendary Pops! too, with Yosemite Sam and Foghorn Leghorn making their very first Funko Pop! appearance. Road Runner in motion holding his 'Beep Beep' sign will no doubt be sought after too.

All redemption dates for all Funko NFT sets can be found here:
Royalty Collection
The Royalty collection reward is claimed when you complete the entire 68 NFT set (excluding legendary, Grail, Series Coin and 1-of-1).
In simple terms, if you collect all 28 common, 21 uncommon, 11 rare and 8 epic variants from the set, you'll have completed the Royalty Collection and will be able to redeem an exclusive Freddy Funko as Bugs Bunny (above) when redemption coins are distributed.
A redemption coin will be distributed to you on Jan 18, 2023, if you hold all 68 NFTs in either your WAX wallet or Droppp wallet. You will then have 30 days to redeem your physical by Feb 17, 2023.
The Physical Pops! are expected to be shipped in Q3 2023.
Freddy as Bugs Bunny is a great-looking Royalty pop and will no doubt be a popular one to collect.
4. New to Funko NFTs?
If you are new to Funko NFTs and can't wait to get your hands on some of the epic redeemables, here are a few things you need to get started.
Droppp Wallet
You will need to sign-up for a Funko Droppp wallet.
This wallet allows you to house your new Looney Tunes NFTs, keep Road Runner and the gang safe, open Funko packs and redeem physical rewards.

WAX Wallet & Secondary Market
You may miss out on the launch day drop, have the thirst for more Funko Packs, or want to buy singles to finish off your Royalty set.
To do all of this, you will need to buy from the secondary market. To get set up you will need a WAX cloud wallet .
Droppp and WAX Cloud are two completely separate NFT wallets, but it is possible to transfer your Funko NFTs between them which is needed to trade on the secondary market.
When we talk about the secondary market, we mean a peer-to-peer marketplace such as the AtomicHub. You can learn how to buy NFTs from the AtomicHub in our article below:
There is also a new pay-by credit card option on AtomicHub that I haven't yet tested but will write a guide soon.
You can also use WAXP tokens to purchase from AtomicHub. Read our guide below and learn how to buy WAX:
