The Ultimate Guide To Funko Hasbro Retro Toys NFTs
We are back after only a week since the Funko Elf drop, this time with Funko Hasbro Retro toys NFTs, the last Funko drop of 2022!
Funko Hasbro Retro Toys drop December 20 @ 2pm ET.
Retro Toys is a familiar Funko line and here we celebrate all things Hasbro, from Hungry Hungry Hippo to Mr Potato Head.
Read on to find out more!
1. Hasbro Retro Toys NFT Packs
Funko offers the usual two NFT packs at launch - a Standard ($9.99) and a Premium ($29.99) option.
Pack | Amount Released | No. of NFTs | Launch Price | Launch Date |
---|---|---|---|---|
Standard Pack | 18,000 | 5 | $9.99 | 12/20/2022 |
Premium Pack | 18,000 | 15 | $29.99 | 12/20/2022 |
This drop matches the size of My Little Pony NFTs, which dropped back in May of 2022.
If this is your first Funko NFT drop, the only difference between a standard and premium pack is the amount of NFTs inside. For example, there are no perks for buying a premium pack over three standard packs.
Packs will be available on launch day on Droppp.io and can only be bought with a credit/debit card. The drop is limited to $60 and you can rejoin the queue to buy more if you are fortunate.
You can enter the pack queue around 10 minutes before launch (the 'Purchase In' timer will change to 'Join The Queue').
If you fail to grab packs at launch, you can buy from the secondary market (guide further down).
2. Hasbro Retro Toys NFT Collection & Rarities
Classic Hasbro retro toys are all here, including Play-Doh, Mr. Monopoly, Cavity Sam and more.
Everyone wants to get hold of those rare legendary and grail NFTs, so here are your pull odds:
NFT Rarity Type | No of Templates | % Odds Of Unpacking | Total Circulation | Per Unique Template |
---|---|---|---|---|
Common | 44 | 50.23% (1/1) | 119,176 | 4,109/4,110 |
Uncommon | 30 | 27.08% (3/1) | 97,500 | 3,250 |
Rare | 17 | 14.03% (6/1) | 54,490 | 2,970 |
Epic | 12 | 6.67% (14/1) | 24,000 | 2,000 |
Legendary | 4 | 1.72% (57/1) | 6,200 | 1,550 |
Grail | 1 | 0.28% (356/1) | 999 | 999 |
1 of 1 | 3 | 0.008% (0.025% Premium) | 3 | 1 |
Series Coin | 1 | 10% (30% Premium) | 7,200 | 7,200 |
Your grail pull odds are 356/1 for the Hasbro Retro Toys NFT drop. On average you will pull a grail every 24 premium packs and every 72 standard packs.
Your legendary pull odds are 57/1. On average you will pull a legendary every 4 Premium packs and every 13 standard packs.
Of course these are just averages and you can quite easily pull nothing in 100 premium packs or two grails in a single standard pack, depending on your luck.
1-of-1
A 1-of-1 is an ultra-rare, non-redeemable but very valuable NFT. The odds of pulling from a standard pack is 12499/1 for this drop. This will appear as a bonus 6th slot within your pack.
A premium pack gives you the same odds as pulling a 1-of-1 as 3 standard packs (4166/1). There are a total of six 1-of-1 NFTs available for this drop, featuring both Max Tokenhead and Freddy Funko in gold, silver and bronze variants.
Series Coin
A Series Coin is another bonus collectable NFT (non-redeemable) that will also appear in the 6th slot if pulled. The odds for pulling a Series coin in a standard pack is 9/1 and 2.33/1 in a Premium Pack (which is the same odds as buying 3 standard packs).
Statistics
Ever wondered how many Hasbro Retro Toys packs have been opened? The number of Legendary or Grail NFTs still to be found? Or the top account holders of each redeemable pop?
Head on over to the excellent PopInStock My Little Pony NFT tracker.
3. Mastery & Physical Redemption
There are a total of six Hasbro Retro Toys Funko Pops! to collect.
Stretch Armstrong, Hungry Hungy Hippo, Mr. Potato Head Bumblebee and Furby make up the legendary rewards, Freddy Funko as the Royalty, whilst Mr. Potato Head Optimus Prime is the Grail.
Five of these can be claimed by collecting the Grail (limited to 999) and the four legendary (limited to 1,550 each) NFTs.
It's definitely a niche drop, but I can see the Mr Potato Heads being popular, along with the Hungry Hungry Hippo. We already have Stretch Armstrong Funko Pops, so he is a strange inclusion, not bringing much new to the table.
Mr. Potato Head Bumblebee looks more like Scorpion from Mortal Kombat, which is kind of bad ass.

All redemption dates for all Funko NFT sets can be found here:
Royalty Collection
The Royalty collection reward is claimed when you complete the entire 103 NFT set (excluding legendary, Grail, Series Coin and 1-of-1).
In simple terms, if you collect all 44 common, 30 uncommon, 17 rare and 12 epic variants from the set, you'll have completed the Royalty Collection and will be able to redeem an exclusive Freddy Funko (above) when redemption coins are distributed.
This Freddy is quite boring, but Freddy Funko fans will collect him and fans of Simon Says (I'm sure they are out there!).
As with Grail or Legendary NFTs, a royalty redemption coin will be distributed to you on April 19, 2023, if you hold all 91 NFTs in either your WAX wallet or Droppp wallet. You will then have 30 days to redeem your physical by May 19, 2023.
All Hasbro Retro Toys Physical Pops! are expected to be shipped in Q4 2023.
4. New to Funko NFTs?
If you are new to Funko NFTs and can't wait to get your hands on some of the epic redeemables, here are a few things you need to get started.
Droppp Wallet
You will need to sign-up for a Funko Droppp wallet.
This wallet allows you to house your new Hasbro Retro Toys NFTs, keep Mr. Potato Head and the gang safe, open Funko packs and redeem physical rewards.
Learn how to register for a free or paid account, open packs, redeem physicals and more in our ultimate Droppp guide:
WAX Wallet & Secondary Market
You may miss out on the launch day drop, have the thirst for more Funko Packs, or want to buy singles to finish off your Royalty set.
To do all of this, you will need to buy from the secondary market. To get set up you will need a WAX cloud wallet .
Droppp and WAX Cloud are two completely separate NFT wallets, but it is possible to transfer your Funko NFTs between them which is needed to trade on the secondary market.
When we talk about the secondary market, we mean a peer-to-peer marketplace such as the AtomicHub. You can learn how to buy NFTs from the AtomicHub in our article below:
There is also a new pay-by-credit card option on AtomicHub that I haven't yet tested but will write a guide soon. You will still need a WAX wallet to use this feature.
You can also use WAXP tokens to purchase from AtomicHub. Read our guide below and learn how to buy WAX:
