The Ultimate Guide to Funko Daria NFTs
Join Droppp on July 2, 2024, at 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET for the launch of Funko Daria NFTs. Includes limited edition Funko Pops to collect!
For the 20th Funko NFT drop, we are visiting the unforgiving lands of Westeros with Funko Game Of Thrones NFTs.
Funko Game Of Thrones NFTs drop October 4 @ 2pm ET.
If you are a fan of the series, with the exception of the finals seasons of course, then all your favourite characters are here, with physical Funko Pops! of Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen, Jaime Lannister and more.
If you're like Jon Snow and know nothing, then read on to learn everything you need to know to get started.
Funko offers the usual two NFT packs at launch - a Standard ($9.99) and a Premium ($29.99) option.
Pack | Amount Released | No. of NFTs | Launch Price | Launch Date |
---|---|---|---|---|
Standard Pack | 31,250 | 5 | $9.99 | 04/10/2022 |
Premium Pack | 31,250 | 15 | $29.99 | 04/10/2022 |
The drop is equal in size to the Funko DC series 1 drop. It's more than double the size of the most recent Looney Tunes NFT drop.
If this is your first Funko NFT drop, the only difference between a standard and premium pack is the amount of NFTs inside. For example, there are no bonuses for buying a premium pack over three standard packs.
Packs will be available on launch day on Droppp.io and can only be bought with a credit/debit card. The drop is limited to $60 and you can rejoin the queue to buy more if you are very lucky (highly unlikely due to the size of this drop).
You can enter the queue for packs around 10 minutes before launch (the 'Purchase In' timer will change to 'Join The Queue').
If you fail to grab packs at launch, you can buy from the secondary market (guide further down).
Jon Snow and the many others vying for the Iron Throne are here, including Tyrion, Daenerys, Bran Stark and more.
Everyone wants to get hold of those rare legendary and grail NFTs, so here are your pull odds:
NFT Rarity Type | No of Templates | % Odds Of Unpacking | Total Circulation | Per Unique Template |
---|---|---|---|---|
Common | 55 | 48.67% (1/1) | 389,101 | 7,074/7,075 |
Uncommon | 27 | 28.08% (2.5/1) | 162,500 | 6,500 |
Rare | 15 | 14.16% (7/1) | 88,500 | 5,900 |
Epic | 10 | 7.20% (13/1) | 45,000 | 4,500 |
Legendary | 4 | 1.73% (57/1) | 10,800 | 2,700 |
Grail | 1 | 0.16% (624/1) | 999 | 999 |
1 of 1 | 3 | 0.002% (0.007% Premium) | 3 | 1 |
Series Coin | 1 | 10% (30% Premium) | 12,500 | 12,500 |
The odds of pulling the grail is 624/1. This is the same difficulty as pulling the Batman grail in the Funko DC series 1 drop.
Legendary NFTs have increased to 2,700 each, compared to 2,050 for DC Series 1. This means your pull rate is better for Game of Thrones at 57/1, compared to 61/1 for DC Series 1.
A 1-of-1 is an ultra-rare, non-redeemable NFT. The odds of pulling from a standard pack is 49999/1 for this drop. This will appear as a bonus 6th slot within your pack.
A premium pack gives you the same odds as pulling a 1-of-1 as 3 standard packs (14285/1). We are only getting three 1 of 1 NFTs this drop, compared to the usual 6 (no Max Tokenhead variants for this one!).
A Series Coin is another bonus collectable NFT (non-redeemable) that will also appear in the 6th slot if pulled.
Ever wondered how many Game of Thrones packs has been opened? The number of Legendary or Grail NFTs still to be found? Or who are the top account holders of each redeemable pop?
Now you can with the excellent PopInStock Game of Thrones NFT tracker.
Daenerys, Jaime Lannister, Arya Stark, Jaqen H'ghar, The Hound and Jon Snow all make a physical appearance.
Five of the redeemables can be claimed by collecting the Grail (limited to 999) and four legendary (limited to 2,700 each) NFTs.
The physicals on offer here are firmly in the ok camp. There aren't any new characters making a Funko debut and the Pops! are a little uninspiring.
Jaqen H'ghar is interesting holding the mask, but it's still a copy of #57, with his cane swapped for the mask.
Arya is probably the most boring out of them all. The NFT depicts the blind version of herself, which would have made the Funko Pop! a little more interesting.
Learn everything you need to know about redeeming your physical Funko Pop! in our ultimate guide.
All redemption dates for all Funko NFT sets can be found here:
The Royalty collection reward is claimed when you complete the entire 107 NFT set (excluding legendary, Grail, Series Coin and 1-of-1).
In simple terms, if you collect all 55 common, 27 uncommon, 15 rare and 10 epic variants from the set, you'll have completed the Royalty Collection and will be able to redeem an exclusive Jon Snow Funko Pop! (above) when redemption coins are distributed.
A royalty redemption coin will be distributed to you on Feb 1, 2023, if you hold all 107 NFTs in either your WAX wallet or Droppp wallet. You will then have 30 days to redeem your physical by Mar 3, 2023.
The Physical Pops! are expected to be shipped in Q3 2023.
Freddy Funko fans won't be happy, as this is now only the second drop to not feature Funko's beloved mascot (often reserved for the Royalty spot!). Hopefully fans won't have to wait too long for a return of Freddy with a potential Halloween series 2 just around the corner.
If you are new to Funko NFTs and can't wait to get your hands on some of the epic redeemables, here are a few things you need to get started.
You will need to sign-up for a Funko Droppp wallet.
This wallet allows you to house your new Looney Tunes NFTs, keep Road Runner and the gang safe, open Funko packs and redeem physical rewards.
Learn how to register for a free or paid account, open packs, redeem physicals and more in our ultimate Droppp guide:
You may miss out on the launch day drop, have the thirst for more Funko Packs, or want to buy singles to finish off your Royalty set.
To do all of this, you will need to buy from the secondary market. To get set up you will need a WAX cloud wallet .
Droppp and WAX Cloud are two completely separate NFT wallets, but it is possible to transfer your Funko NFTs between them which is needed to trade on the secondary market.
When we talk about the secondary market, we mean a peer-to-peer marketplace such as the AtomicHub. You can learn how to buy NFTs from the AtomicHub in our article below:
There is also a new pay-by credit card option on AtomicHub that I haven't yet tested but will write a guide soon. You will still need a WAX wallet to use this feature.
You can also use WAXP tokens to purchase from AtomicHub. Read our guide below and learn how to buy WAX:
Download the neat TokenHead app (owned by Funko) to view and sort all your Funko NFT collections.
